Mission Statement:
The Group Violence Intervention (GVI) initiative is committed to reducing violence by building strong partnerships between law enforcement, community leaders, and service providers to deliver clear communication, accountability, and meaningful opportunities that support safer neighborhoods.
Purpose Statement:
The purpose of GVI is to identify individuals at the highest risk of involvement in violence and provide them with direct support, resources and pathways to positive change while reinforcing the community’s commitment to safety and accountability.
